We are a small, artisan producer of premium , california extra virgin olive oil. Our award winning olive oil is certified to be extra virgin by the california olive oli council.
Sixty trees are currently in production comprisied of 12 mediteranean varieties. 450 additional trees have been added and will bear olives in the next year.
Our oil is a field blend, all harvested and pressed together on the same day. We practice late harvest to yield a smooth, buttery and delicate oil that will enhance any meal. Our olives are hand harvested and the oil is unfiltered. We use sustainable farming practicies and use no chemical fertilizers or pesticides.
Each bottle is harvest dated and numbered providing our guarantee that our customers recieve only current year FRESH extra virgin olive oil.
