Made from all four of our estate grown Italian varietals (Coratina, Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino). The addition of approximately 15% Coratina olives produces an olive oil with a tantalizing aroma, taste of green olive fruit with a latent pungency. A truly artisan oil produced under the continuous control of the owners: Ron Sanders and Susan O”Reilly. Gold Medal winner and Certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil by the California Olive Oil Council.
